Dr. Tanginika S. Cuascud (Dr. Tangie) is a clinical sexologist, sexual health educator and surrogate intimate partner therapy facilitator. She is the founder and principal of Texas Sexual Health, the only multidisciplinary sexual health practice in North Texas, specializing in the body, mind, relational, and environmental factors that cause sexual disrupton and dissatisfaction in individuals and couples. Her motto “Happy life = Happy life” underscores her passion to help people design and live the healthy sex life they envision and deserve. Currently, Dr. Tangie is a member of the International Society of Sexual Medicine (ISSM), and serves in its Education Committee and Podcast Subcomittee and is one of the hosts of the podcast. She is also a sexual health ambassador of the American Sexual Health Association. She is a sought-after speaker and podcast guest with her bold message of sexual health for all. Her expert advice has been featured and published in several outlets and languages all over the world. 

Dr. Tangie is a Doctor of Human Sexuality, and a graduate of the International Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Sexuality. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Sexology and has post-doctoral studies in Neuroscience from Emory University. She also has a doctorate in Business Administration with a major in International Business from Argosy University; an MBA from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico and a graduate of the Summer Institute for Future Global Leaders at the University of the Virgin Islands in St. Thomas. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Arts with a concentration in Management, both from the In Inter American University of Puerto Rico.
